GUGGENHEIMER HEALTH & REHAB CENTER

Guggenheimer Health and Rehabilitation Center is a130-bed health and rehabilitation facility located in the historic Diamond Hill district of Lynchburg. Our focus is to provide you with the care you need to recover and return home, at your pace, after illness, hospitalization or surgery. We offer physician-directed skilled care nursing services and rehabilitation that will help you or your loved one regain strength, endurance, mobility and independence.

The American Health Care Association reports that Guggenheimer patients are less likely to have to return to the hospital during their skilled care stay. This means that Guggenheimer has the care you need to get you home as quickly as possible. The dedicated medical team includes a full-time onsite medical director and nurse practitioner, RNs, LPNs, CNAs and a full team of rehabilitation and support staff all focused on your well-being and recovery.
